The inaugural Millwood HOA Website is now live for providing general information for active and prospective community members. Future updates are planned in upcoming months to provide additional features to better serve the community.

Two board members were elected at this year's Annual Meeting:

Former President, Scott Simpson, has elected not to run for another term session -- we would like to thank Scott for his many years of service to the community.
Bylaws Committee Formation
We are also looking for members wanting to be part of the Bylaws Review Committee to generate a thorough review the existing bylaws and bring them up to date based on the latest existing state and federal statues.
We will also be reviewing the them to make recommendations based upon outdated information and streamlined verbiage. These recommendations will then be reviewed by the board and then brought forward to the community for ratification.
